OUR POLICY STATEMENT

At Cosmo Base, we are committed to securing the lives and property of persons within the confines of our premises and operational sites or under the care of the company when on transit. Working with host communities, to provide trainings and employments in mutually beneficial relationships, and taking necessary steps to secure the environment.
COMMUNITY AFFAIRS POLICY Over the years, we have established a tradition of mutual respect and cooperation, as partners in developments in our relationships, with host communities in the region. We have dedicated and experienced security personnel who ensure security of lives and property.
SAFETY POLICY HEALTH POLICY Cosmo Base Consortium Limited is committed to creating an accident and injury free workplace for our workers. We take adequate and precautionary measures to ensure that the safety of our workers is guaranteed. In the case of an accident or injury, the victim is immediately attended to and measures are taken to prevent such from re-occurring. We strive to prevent the incidence of occupational health hazards to our employees, customers and contractors. We carry out periodic health screening of the entire members of staff. Routine medical examinations are carried out on site workers to certify their medical f itnesses.
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY We ensure that emergency preparations and reporting measures are out in place on our project sites. Where necessary, an Environmental Impact Assessment (E.I.A) is carried out before the project commission.
SECURITY POLICY Routine security appraisals are carried out at all sites by security personnel specially trained for such purpose. Appropriate measures are also taken to secure the work environment / projects site.
